PROCEDURES

After a detailed discussion with our Transportation Coordinator and an
appointment with the Transport Team, the parent will be contacted by the
Transport Leader to answer any last minute questions, discuss the most
appropriate time for arrival and location for the transport to take place and confirm
all information.

We feel the best time to arrive for the transport is in the middle of the night or the
early morning.  These times help eliminate disruptions, comfort siblings and family
members in the home, allows privacy and gives the parents a chance to relax after
we leave.

We are highly concerned for your child's safety, and will do our best to ensure that
the transport goes as smooth as possible. We understand the situation and will
work with your child in discussing the program basics and answering any questions
along the way.  Our main goals are to deliver your child safely and in a positive,
welcoming attitude.

Upon arrival to the designated school, our Transport Leader will contact the
parents.  This is the perfect opportunity to talk with the Transport Team to see
how things went, what your child talked about, and if there were any specific
requests from the child.

At the return of each transport, the Transport Team is required to report to the
Transportation Coordinator with the activity of the trip.   Then, the Transport
Team is required to submit an Incident Report describing the transport and the
child's behavior.
